Self-Leveling Epoxy

This is often applied over new or existing concrete with cracks or chips to create a seamless and smooth surface. It is available in various colors.
It is ideal for warehouses, garages, office buildings, dining rooms, kitchens and more.

Self-Dispersing Epoxy

This is an extremely strong and durable floor with superior mechanical strength and is therefore often used in high traffic areas. It can withstand the torture coming frequent use of forklifts and heavy equipment.
It is ideal for warehouses and manufacturing plants and industrial facilities and more.

Flaked Epoxy
This is an epoxy-based floor that has colored flakes or chips sprinkled on the floor or inserted in the epoxy material for decoration. The flakes create a rough surface making it slip resistant. Flakes are available in a variety of colors which can also be mixed to create custom colors, shapes, texture and style that can be customized.
It is ideal for use in sports venues, locker rooms, medical facilities, commercial kitchens, showrooms and more.

Many times epoxy flakes are used on garage floors.

Graveled Epoxy

This type of epoxy flooring may be complicated to apply but it is the most decorative epoxy flooring system. It comes with high anti-slip qualities.
It is ideal to use when you need to brand marks, logos or a variety of decorative details to your concrete floor.

Mortar Epoxy

It is ideal for heavy industrial applications that require a highly impact resistant and chemical resistant flooring system. This flooring system consists of 100 % solid epoxy combined with quartz sand.

It is ideal for warehouses, manufacturing plants, garages commercial kitchens, mechanical spaces and more.

Anti-Static Epoxy

This type of epoxy flooring system creates floors that are resistant to Electro-static charge (ESD). It is ideal for use in areas that require static-free environment because of static-sensitive electronic components in the area.

It is ideal for use in hospitals, electronic equipment manufacturing plants, and pharmaceutical laboratories as well as areas where flammable liquids and gases can cause a buildup off combustible dust

Terrazzo Epoxy

Just kidding, terrazzo is not epoxy. It is a type of floor that requires a true mason to get the job done. You can call Orlando Epoxy Pros for a consult on any terrazzo floor that needs patching.

Quartz-Filled Epoxy

This flooring system is a combination of top quality epoxy resin and stained quartz grains. It is recommended for use in areas that need to be decorative while requiring floors with slip resistance and sanitary properties.

I like the idea of having a decorative epoxy flooring despite if it is complicated to apply. I'd like for my garage to look cool while also having an effective epoxy floor. I'll find a professional and see if they can apply a decorative epoxy flooring to my garage for me.

I was never aware that there are several different options to epoxy flooring and that it is important that we choose the right flooring. The other day my sister mentioned that she is looking to have her garage door coated with epoxy. I think speaking with an experienced contractor would benefit her as they can advise her on the best epoxy material to go with.

I appreciate what you said about how epoxy might chip. I need to get a concrete specialist to redo our garage floor. I'll have to hire someone with good online reviews.

I want to get some nice epoxy flooring for my garage. It makes sense that I would want to look into self-leveling epoxy. It's nice that it can end up becoming so smooth and easy to work with. I'll have to start thinking of color options for this, too.
